Funny joke! :-D But FOUR MONTHS!!! *Outrageous* wait for you to be allowed to hold your boy after you've already received your referral. :-(
Do you know what the hold up is? This has got to be VERY frustrating for you!
I can empathize with you somewhat (but not to the extent that you've been waiting). When we got our referral (late August 06) we weren't able to travel until 9 stinking weeks later - November 1) - that just about killed me.
