Rumors and Referrals

There are rumors floating about that the CCAA ( china affairs) opened back up today after the long Chinese new year, and that referrals are coming out soon. I heard that the rest of October 2005 are suppose to get a referral (Referral means a picture of there child, in which they can accept to take) Oh course we are not logged in til March 22, 2006, which is still a long ways away, but that means that we are closer to getting a referral ourselves. I will bring up updates as I get the information.
